You know I had problems with a transaction I made via Ramp, within minutes I had a reply from them . They traced my transaction and kept me up to date .. That’s customer service . 👍👍

Barely anyone looks forward to do a survey for reasons we're all too familiar with. 😅 Make it very simple and quick enough to do it in 10 seconds with radio buttons.

Surveys are great as long as it’s not too robust. Also having a public tier support so we know if we have a tier 1 issue it takes X amount of time, if we have a tier 2 issue it takes X amount of time. Something along those lines so the SFM Army knows how soon issues get resolved.
