I think a callback would be cool. What I mean is when you go to chat with a person instead of getting timed out make it so you add that person to the cue to email them to avoid this issue. Same with phone service. Call back instead of waiting on hold.

This was my exact question yesterday. And I’m telling you what. People will come to our exchange in droves if we can actually speak to someone about an issue with a deposit or withdraw. That alone if why I will never use @BitMartExchange again.

What about follow up transcription receipts emailed to people post service call so if the forget what was done or said they can easily reference the interaction and store in their records.
