Excellent escalation matrix.... I have worked in customer care service for 5 years top and i was a team leader. And almost everyday there will be few who wanna talk to the person who is in charge. Escalation desk helps to handle itrated or angry customer also service level

Better communication skills. Good escalation matrix. Turn around time for tickets should be adhered if there is a delay customer should be made aware of that. 24x7 availability.
