I have worked in this line of work (years) and can tell you from experience, customer service requires proper knowledge of your offered services. If trained well and people friendly, #Safemoon customer service will be awesome.

Ability to Chat with Customer Service reps. And get ticket opened and closed as the issue resolves. Or maybe incorporate CS reps on our whatsapp or other messaging apps for even more convenience

Having people you can actually call and who are responsive in a timely manner would go a very long way. Even a โ€œprogressโ€ email that tells you where they are in the process of resolving your issue.
