This should be the top priority.

This day in age: someone motivated, courteous and knowledgeable would be sufficient.

What would make it next level is no automated chat bots. If you got a real person the moment you asked for assistance. I hate having to go through all of the loops just to get a hold of someone.

I work in IT and get hands on in our help desk. The thing I think people appreciate is having someone ready to troubleshoot with them right then. Instead of just escalating and waiting on a call back. So knowledgeable level 1 support is a must.

"Thank you for calling Safemoon. How may I help you get safely to the moon?" Should be the first line.

The people that are hired will make or break the level of customer service you seek, so my advise having worked at a call center is to hire people that actually want the job, moldeable trainable folks that want to provide that next level customer support.

Talk to a real person with a call back feature if there are long wait times!

My biggest issue in customer service has been the delay in response to you and how long it takes to fix your issue. Most centralized exchanges take 3-7 days to get back to you, and it could take up to a month to fix your issue. Immediate response would be a game changer!

I love it when I call customer service & an actual human being answers the phone. Seems simple, right?
