@CptHodl can we have like a customer service chat bot on the homepage that connects us to a real person? I use it all the time with @Verizon instead of calling so for me its pretty convenient instead of calling.

I have lots of tier 1 customer service experience, but not tier 2. Zendesk is a great ticketing system to keep track of all user requests and technical issues. The macros are easy to create and access. I have triaged tickets from Zendesk to JIRA, but the rest is above me. πŸ˜‚
