I did this and it said it went through and charged me then it sent me back to my trust wallet and nothing changed , is there something I forgot to do or more that I need to do ?

I migrated out of V1 using your wallet app on 12/31 but V2 has not shown up yet. Have sent several email inquiries to you with no response. How do I get my V2 tokens?

My friend does not see the option to swap to migrate to v2. It only shows BNB to Safemoon V2 but cannot change it from BNB to V1 so he can convert to V2. Anyone else have this issue?
