Is there a fee or tax from migrating your tokens from v1 to V2?

We need a video to explain the migration for 2 Wallet for exemple safemoon wallet, trust wallet

I get safemoon on trust wallet if i press select a token on bottom its show the amount i have on top , do i need to swap if the token in on bnb network

All these fees involved makes me feel uneasy…they should ideally allow holders to migrate tokens for free

What if your tokens are on ledger nano and use Metamask to access them? Can you swap? Or do they need to be recreated on Metamask?
