#TheWebConf what URL should be used to permanently link to a paper of the proceedings? Is access to the papers free for everyone? @TheWebConf

You should use the DOI links, or the links in out proceeding page (www2018.thewebconf.org/proce…). Yes, acess is open (CC-BY) and free.

Thanks, but it doesn't work: if I follow the link on the proceeding page, it's OK. But if I copy the URL, or the DOI, and paste it in another browser, (new session ?), I arrive at a page such as dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=3… and there, the Html and PDF links do not work

things seem to have changed a little bit: dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=3… now proposes to pay to get the article. Not really what I was looking for

So, finally, is there a way to link to a free/open version of a paper of @TheWebConf ?
