This year’s @TheWebConf papers are published as HTML—apart from PDF. Going from LaTeX/Word sources to HTML is error-prone, though, and most probably requires manual fixes (my paper hasn’t been converted yet). Why not do what @timberners_lee suggested and use HTML as the master❓
Breaking news: thanks to ACM, the links in www2018.thewebconf.org/proce… (and in the webapp) now point to the HTML5 versions of papers.
