+1 to that. And in my view, this is exactly what the 3rd deliverable aims to provide "a framework for expressing, in an RDF Graph, proofs of integrity of RDF Datasets".

"Proof of integrity" is deliberately open. It will allow different kind of "integrity" to be expressed (not tempered with, vouched for...)

Goes without saying for me (but of course, explicit is better than implicit). Note that the input document LD-PROOFS defines w3c-ccg.github.io/ld-proofs/… which looks like a good fit for this.
