Different from a maintainability perspective though? ie. Using named graphs, how do you add metafacts after the original facts are in the graph? You have to re-add the same fact to a named graph. IMHO it would be better if we had quints: graph, fact, triple. What am I missing?

Probably needs a gist to explain. But real world situation: you add the fact (to the default graph). Later you want to add some metadata to the fact. So you need the fact to be in its own named graph to do that, IIUC.

Well, I believe it depends on the semantics you assign to named graphs -- because they don't have a standard interpretation anyway. My intuition is that one could "map" N3 formulae on a set on named graph....
