It took 3s to @SemanticsConf attendees to identify a VW Beetle on this photo. How well do you think a deep-learning system would do? Enrico Motta puts the performances on DL in perspective.
As the main conference, it will be hybrid: we will be physically in Amsterdam, but remote participation (including for speakers) will be possible.

To be fair, there were *many* pages that didn't render properly with that setting, so I went back to the default colors, and installed the FF extension "Dark Reader" instead. But I still consider that this use case *should not* require an extension (in an ideal world).

Using Firefox 90 with Ubuntu. I am using a dark theme for the GUI and FF, but that does not affect FF's default stylesheet, so I simply overrode the colors in FF's preferences (Fonts and color).
