"The Guaranteed End of Arbitrary Code Execution" is the title of a talk I gave in 2003. The title was referring to userland (PAGEEXEC+MPROTECT), was correct in 2003, and is correct today. The presentation discusses all nuance.

it was his mail, not mine and it says exactly that he was not only looking for bugs but he already had some (that later turned out be duds but we didn't know better at the time). as for technical arguments, you can start explaining your first tweet in the thread.
