GPS spoofing happens when someone uses a radio transmitter to send a counterfeit GPS signal to a location selected by GPS/GNSS to counter a legitimate GPS satellite signal.
A Spoofed GPS Signal takes control by saturating the targeted area with a hacked GPS L1 1575.42MHz ELECTROMAGNETIC/MICROWAVE CARRIER SIGNAL and by having a stronger signal the one target normally receives.

An electromagnetic/microwave carrier signal that can connect to wireless electronics within a saturated area by mimicking a signal it comes in contact with which can be done when adding the Oscillating Voltage Signal produced by a Phase Lock Loop(PLL) to a Spoofed GPS L1 1575.42MHz Microwave Carrier Signal!

When a PLL is connected to a Spoofed GPS Signal not only can it connect to the signal produced by wireless electronics globally, but the PLL contains a VOLTAGE CONTROL OSCILLATOR(VCO) WHICH CAN CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF POWER PROVIDED TO THIS NEWLY FORMED SIGNAL, which by the way is called a Differential Vector Phase Lock Loop. The VCO can raise power level to make this a weapon. Prolonged saturation with this signal able to produce global Cyber Attacks causes electromagnetic illnesses;
