The second filched tale, silent, deadly and cold born of an explosion, where once life had prospered. In the wake of destruction, no secrets survived. My third plundered narrative, lunchboxes, filled not with lunches but the blood of dead. The next sneaking story, mothers, looking for their children in the wrong places. My most recent tale, a child, dying multiple deaths, in a prison, in the clutches of terror, in an unkind homeland.
