The people of Gaza care about Hamas they conceived, indoctrinated, nourished, trained and sent Hamas to exterminate Other.
Hamas did not simply appear from thin air the same people of Gaza are right now conceiving indoctrinating, nourishing, training and preparing more Hamas to exterminate Other.
Mothers are integral imbuing their children with aggression and biology/culture ideology prejudice against Other peaks around 7 and only marginally diminishes to inform what Hamas has done and will do.
Unless you punish the Gaza people to the extent they cannot but realise the terror they visit on Other bares no relative comparison or benifit to the terror they will receive for sending terror against Other the people of Gaze will continue to exterminate Israel at every opportunity.
Utilise any other basis for strategy stopping terror it will return to bury you in history.
