A plane is flying over New York City towing a banner that reads: “Defend Israel’s Democracy”, while below, a boat is sailing across from the UN carrying protesters with a sign saying, “NEVER SURRENDER”. We will keep fighting for a Democratic Israel everywhere in the world, even when our own Prime Minister wages war against Diaspora Jewry and against the shared values of the United States and Israel. We will defend our country that prior generations fought so hard for. We are sending a strong, supportive message to the protest movement in Israel and calling on them not to give up - We are with you! 🇺🇸 🇮🇱✊ Last night messages were projected onto buildings throughout the city of New York, calling to protect Israeli Democracy. From the protest leaders: "Israel is stronger than Netanyahu. We are fighting to defend the shared values of the United States and Israel so that everyone at the UN General Assembly will know: Israeli Democracy is in danger, and anyone who believes in Democracy should stand by our side." @ShanyGranot: "We thank President Biden, a true friend of Israel, for continuing to stand steadfast for Israeli Democracy, and we want to remind everyone that at the heart of this precious partnership between the two countries, stand shared values. These are the very values that Netanyahu and his government have been attacking over the past year in an attempt to evade justice.
