Yes I like to quote Dr Atul gawande on this one well he said how do you tell someone they're 100% going to die? I find that kind of funny because that is part of life and we would be stronger to look at it with more compassion and greater skill and knowledge. Humans are limited.

I am truly sad to say that I don't think most facilities treatments individuals work or care. But we can do that for each other it's not about us versus them anymore it's just about us and how we can be here for each other. I said this before we are the majority. By a long shot.

Yes people are very judgy and I am at times myself it's not attractive it's something we need to work on our society and individual lives. This is if we forgot to tell ourselves or somebody forgot to tell us we matter as we are for who we are not what other people want us to be!
