Please know that your comment just blew my head off you defined exactly the reasons web development is arguing causing huge problems which framework which language which methodology no code low code craziness. Did you realize before you wrote that comment you're a genius?

27 years of drought doesn't help either and I just posted an article yesterday about Lake Mead being at its very lowest ever since it was created. It serves most of the western states. Even the Carter Administration predicted that Lake Mead would dry up within 100 years. Crazy!

Absolutely with you Troy. Word nerds like me with degrees are annoying and contrary by design! 😊 Hitler and the Nazis knew this well changing the meaning of the swastika, the word Aryan, and was called in Nazis Socialist Party. Twisting meaning is typical of successful despots.

Please forgive my contrary nature does not mean I'm arguing anybody. simply point the literal definition of Semite. It includes the Jews of Israel and the Arabs. It's related to language not location. I'm a Persian Jew so by literal definition not a Semite yet treated as one.

Tucson Arizona has been hotter but with a measurable water table and regular summer monsoons. Never have I known weather changes this harsh. Lake Mead is at its lowest since it was created. It's a major source of water for the West. Not good signs for anything living out here.😞

I swing Lefty so it occurred to me no matter which way you go there's something in the language that's changing and that's a curious topic. Changes in semantics and semiotics have throughout history been a powerful and manipulative process to bring change as to how people think.

Even the weather is becoming politicized? Get rid of extreme ends climate change heard that tune 1985 during the Cold War and the Hot Topic was all about nuclear winter. Maybe we should just call it polarized? I think I put myself in pun prison with no pardon with this tweet 😂

It has been brutal all over the West which is at least one causal factor of awful wildfires. We've had very little rain but this winter had two days of snow? Never have seen that on the desert floor. During Big Horn fire the weather red Smoke? So smoke is now a unit of heat? LOL!

The only other thing that I thought in regards to the language I'm seeing and apparently they're using in Texas as well is because of here 27 years of drought and you're in one as well I believe is that true? Definitely curious as to why the change here.

Thanks for the reply Troy that makes some sense I just retweeted somebody in Odessa who suggested its Republican and the truth is that's where my head went first because of the topic of climate change denial by the GOP which uses the term extreme weather instead. curious isn't it

Don't know the regular heat in Odessa but in May was in Austin and it went to 100 then. Isn't Odessa pretty hot this time of year? I live in Tucson where 113 is fairly typical so why now is it extreme? Extreme weather relates to Republican lingo so my head went right there too!

I keep around 6 gallons of water here and one or two in my car never ever drive in Arizona and not bring water with you no joke. If you don't you'll end up somewhere being lunch for a couple of big ugly buzzards. Not the way I want to go LOL

That's pretty funny. I'm having a hard time with weather alerts believe it or not this is the stuff that makes me insane LOL seriously though the alerts for like almost 50 years would be advisory and start at 117f f. 113 f here is fairly common. Why the change? Maybe the drought?
1
Hi there! anyone familiar with weather science? Extreme wasn't used before a few years . word that was used was advisory at around 117f. 110f is normal and 113f common. Only 117f or higher use different language I think Danger? Is this due to the drought? Thank you for the help!

I'm relieved after talking to them that they are doing great. But I feel you to the core of my being this isn't over but it is at least for many no more dying in the hospital on a ventilator with people outside who want to be with a loved one who is suffering that way.

Sounds pretty good! Can you tell me what happens during a storm not made of the wind and debris from the desert floor? Is there something people call wet can you send some to Arizona we don't have any left!

Not just a strange moment in web history it's a strange moment for me. Not at all sad just kind of sentimental about the time of life I was advocating with the web standards project. It was a hell of a hard time for many people bye-bye PS no coming back blogs.windows.com/windowsexp…
