I can maybe remember at most 20 happy dreams in almost 60 years? Unfortunately too many nightmares but I don't remember or don't sleep enough to be upset about it often either. I do hate how they leave you weird and off put all day don't you?

And since it's not a natural or easy thing for you probably exhausted and depressed to a degree for keeping it in. I can't do that I spill everywhere fuck emotional control it's deadly of itself in my opinion let go of your feelings unless they harm other people says me!

Oh Nina welcome to my world and many decades of mistreatment misdiagnosis abandonment abuse and you name it from the US Healthcare System I am walking away and it's the most freaking alive feeling I've had medically or emotionally. Ever. I hope relief comes into your life soon!

I wonder if there's some sort of predisposition or stress related situations in our family that may have led to a predispositions such as a lot of insomnia. Are you eating or drinking too close to sleep or under unusual stress? Illness can do this it has for me. Nightmares suck!

Another nightmare? Has this been common in your life because I have suffered this for a very long time if I sleep long enough to hit a decent dreaming cycle out of the ones I can remember in nearly 60 years of life a handful have been happy the rest have been horrific nightmares.

Thanks for the kindness and the support! I'm off of all classes of meds including the real ones that damaged me iatrogenically, like immunotherapies, Prozac and I'm at only half a milligram of clonazepam now which is really an accomplishment. I don't take any other daily meds!

Oh it's smooth as it can get my dear it just was a little rocky road thinking I was infected with some awful GI stuff and it turns out to be a stupid medication.

Yay congratulations just stay away from my decaying declining devolving ridiculous State of Arizona with its anti-everything attitudes born of ignorance so proudly displayed and worn by haters who build walls, declare war on borders and make laws worse than any state but Florida.

Could be worse you could have walked in to Cafe Kafka which has no monorail but a lot of red tape to get tied up in while you metamorphose into a cockroach or haunted by my mother as I never took another family name despite my siblings doing so but each in reverse order lol!

Quite a few friends are exploring those Avenues. I liked that with ketamine it's four days over 2 weeks followed by one day two weeks after and you're done unless complications arise. I like that aspect very much indeed. No daily use, legal, 50 years of safe use as anesthetic.

I bet you have some great Chinese restaurants. I miss the East Coast food, my friend from Baltimore I've talked about found a New York Pizza he refuses to eat again until I join him for a slice. Such drama! Haha but Chinese? Still searching. I love a great War Wonton soup myself!
Did we touch on this or was that with yet another person interested in current use and theories for treatments? I'm not big into the hallucinogens never was but for a few times with shrooms which were all positive with no hard Edge like the other two had for me at least.

Lake Mead? Somehow reminded me of a dad joke from my actual dad. It's also from an era where the concept of politically correct didn't exist. How do you make a Chinese swimming pool? Won Ton soup. You were warned...

I used to be able to I don't seem to remember them and I don't sleep deeply enough anymore maybe once I'm off the last of this medication. It definitely disrupts sleep and I don't sleep well never have so we'll see you in a month or two if I'm more adjusted without the medication

As if addiction knows from red or blue Democratic or liberal wealthier poor please. And the fear here is very specific to younger Folk due to the Skittles nickname here which makes it seem benign and oh how it is not benign. Narcan. Every home. Big Pharma pays. It's a start.

I have the opposite but it seems to be calmer these Jay's probably the onslaught of all that grief and loss in a short period including my own health and emotional well-being as well as deaths and awful didn't help at all. Better now but still seem to have a lot of nightmares.

I hear you on the Rarity if I get to the point I actually have a good dream and not a nightmare it can change my whole perception of life for that day of course the opposite is true when I wake up from a bad dream and it stays with me do you have that too I know it's common?
