I'm so sorry to hear that but welcome to my world almost full stop difference being you can't see anybody unless you're so close to death at this point without waiting that long, then pay them your Medicare monthly premium well the disability you paid for already is also taxed!

Whole different reality over there and what a laugh I caused being the stupid American coming out of a doctor consultation into waiting patients and saying to a person where do I pay hahaha and I knew but I was just coming out of seizures and I didn't clock the reality quite yet!

For folks following #prescribedharm my benzo taper is with a doctor of nurse practice. why a 38 year high dose benzo patient from Mother's Little Helper days who is tapering slowly, safely shows no benzo at all in three urinalysis drops despite not one day and 38 years without?

The vast majority of them all in my long experience and so damn types of healthcare professionals it is impossible to know how many there have been. Possibly 100 or more. Of those about seven did not harm and only one figured it out and managed to incredibly extend life.

I'm not sure what to read into your use of the word excellent Michele as it could be either sarcasm or truth LOL

In healthcare a shift is occurring. I wonder is it Arizona the USA or the world? The MD is going away. The psychiatrist is going away. The psychologist is going away. In their place? The nurse practitioner (NP) and the doctor of nurse practice (DNP). What factors into this shift?

I hope you will forgive my FAIL (there will always be more, alas), and to make up for my Web trivia fail, up next, a fresh Web trivia question. Thank you for indulging the ridiculosness nature of my humanity! /me takes a bow 🤪

Intention was to clarify that URIs never have been case sensitive. The option related to web server type for case sensitivity was the goal. The option of no index file in directory is also correct. As would be no index file and suffixes in httpd and other server configurations.

The last Web trivia question asked, while well intended, I worded so poorly, I made a FAIL sandwich and ate it today on FB. Friend: "Grey Poupon?" Me: "Guldens Spicy Brown" (to hide the Poup On my sandwich of FAIL). Of course, mistakes are to learn from SO...

Democratic candidates have my vote for Arizona and always have had it since my residency began here at 18. The bipartisan hate however is exhausting. To encourage a more peaceful life for our citizens I think agenda items followed by action would be valuable and refreshing.

And to keep multiple stakeholders not ever one or a few. monopolies and Regulators become singular forces. A small or singular stakeholder culture would destroy the internet and www as progressive platforms. Examples are governments who singularly control and deny citizen access.
So important to acknowledge the people who move the world forward! I believe one person can move mountains but people together can shift the world for the long-term, not just for a short time. Humanity can with this web help promotes a peaceful standard for a better world. ❤️
Yep I have and it is so true Lance! How you been? I'm glad to see you in my Twitter stream here hope you're great things are much better for me these days which is astonishing and befuddling to everybody else not so much me LOL
And another correction yes you can yawn but I feel illiterate and it makes me angry I'm looking at Google. Derek had a standing ovation in the middle of a presentation in Australia due to his accessible form input based crossword puzzle. So freaking awesome 2006?

That would be 300 people not 300 dollars. He's worth far more than money for sure haha please though would you guys find somebody to finally fix Google Voice on Android? I can't and I complain constantly my New York fast talking pressured speech overwhelm needed adaptive Tech.

That's a good question but how could they not it's Derek Jared. This is a man who's had an audience of about $300 or more stand up and Innovation during the middle of his presentation because he is an exceptional accessibility leader. Thank you both for all you do XO
