Caregiver on support for 40 minutes on her phone. nobody can help. they have made a mistake spelling my name in email, don't recognize me yet recognize when they charged my account for the handset they made me buy, cost of service to December 11th.

How does somebody make a phone call using Google voice that is being supported by a phone that I cannot charge, was told to get a new handset which I bought and paid for service and this is not possible to do with a Wi-Fi connection that is shitty thank you for nothing @tracfone
