I couldn't agree more. It's an uphill battle in a nation that has the audacity to invent medications for very sick, very rare disorders and charge 3.5 million dollars a dose for the salvation. Sick, harmful, ALL of it, and utterly a disgrace of a massive human issue with greed.

That is quite simply *awesome* (and sad)
Thank you Nick, you are a wonderful comfort in very selfish times. I get bitter and then remember I promised myself I wouldn't get bitter. It's a constant argument in my head. Oy! :)

It's such a slippery topic, as I hate the idea that I'm metaphorically crossing a strike line in the wake of employee abuses, firings, and general mayhem at the expense of our web profession much less any measure of ethics. It disturbs me, but hanging in for community first xo/m

I'm still blowing the accessibility horn just less widespread and front-and-center as before my own issues took me out of the work hard / play hard game. But I'm here, I'm working on my 36th book, the topic is Accessibility, and I am happier giving than taking so how may I help?

Steven, it has been indelibly inked on my being and fresh ink every year since the dawn of our Web. LOL! And thanks for the correction, as other people might need it. ;-)

Musk already causes black holes. Twitter employees have been banged big as have really good communities predating this Foul and Fetid era of self-indulgent monsters parading as men. msn.com/en-us/money/companie…

3.5 Million Dollars Per Dose. Suggest: Don't Get a Blood Disease in the USA How does big pharma justify making a drug and then not treating people who bleed out and are already broke from medical care costs EVEN WITH INSURANCE? How terribly cruel. woodtv.com/news/nexstar-medi…

A finer point on this: The medical harm cascade was pure harm. NO benefit. I had only two medicines that truly halted or reversed anhy condition I without meds at all suffered. out of ANY class of pharmaceutical, with the exception of very limited antibiotics, blood, platelets.

HOW did you that! I have tried for years rattled the cages at the top now gone echelons of Twitter. Now, I am not happy with the musky scent stinking up the room! I have even less hopes for success with this task. Wondering if I want to 😉

Yeah I think she's going slower and anyone else I can find there's one idiot that wanted to put me through taper in only 3 weeks after 38 years or so geez!

I mean I wouldn't see her for other problems I don't want to medicate anymore I'm fine when I'm not on medication except for the benzos when they bring me down another notch and then at this point I'm starting to have symptoms but it has been far more comfortable than I expected.

Personally I'm in a much better place I'm in the fourth plus week or so month of a very slow benzo taper found a very good doctor of nurse practice who manages treatment and I wouldn't see her because she does prescribe ssris but she really does a good job with the taper.

Exactly! The doctor I was seeing said I'm worried about your psychiatric symptoms. I'm like these are psychiatric symptoms or side effects from a drug that you gave me when I didn't have this behavior before? Don't listen don't see you don't care terribly arrogant. Medicate them!

Of course we're bitter in the USA especially after midterms and I'm in Arizona which is a special kind of hell. So much violence, so much death facilitated by politicians. I think many citizens here look for hidden agendas and it might be my cynical viewport of mistrust.
I do hear that I think everybody has a different experience and I know that one of the immunotherapies I was on was brutally damaging in a psychiatric way meaning they gave me psychiatric medicines as a result. Here it's about profit and predation in a capitalist country.
