Health update: Dr. Prasad's spleen theory was totally spot-on. It's 1.5 the size it should be and is destroying my platelets and neutrophils in some form of autoimmune cascade. Also, I have bad gall stones. Surgeries impending. Positive take away: I have both gall and stones! 馃槀

Not when you're a bone marrow failure patient alas. I have to go through multiple irradiated platelet transfusions and infusions of filgrastim and possibly red blood cell transfusions as well. Hospitals are the worst place for immunosuppressed people.

Wow! Hope the surgery helps. I'm sure you'll still have both gall and stones afterwards.

There are several types. Small stones - usually more easily treateed - and rapidly growing "layered gall stones" - that usually means the entire organ gets removed! The gall of me! :D

Thank you Derek :) It's complicated. I'm convinced when amy relationship is "complicated" it's unhealthy. It has to be managed very, very carefully in my case. I appreciate the support!!! 鉂わ笍
