It's funny because James Spader annoyed the heck out of me most of his career but he totally owns Red. It's just good old fashioned escapism TV and his character is just so funny for a crazy man LOL

Have always been a fan of James Spader’s work. Adored Secretary bit get the sense he revels in this character.

I really wasn't in the early years, but he's definitely grown into his own. Spader absolutely expresses a perceivable joy in playing Red, making him all the more charismatic and lovable despite being despicable! :D
