It took an entire week for @CenturyLink to send Juan out to restore broadband service. @CoxComm can't get service to my place at all. You'd think I was in the middle of the desert! (um, oh yeah...). Y'all suck as companies but Juan's my broadband superhero and deserves a raise!

Thank you for the response Mikaela. Means a lot. Just wish the turnaround time to get him out here (third time now) hadn't been so prolonged. Paying for no service is not something people generally care for :)
