Ok, this response infuriates me. This demonstrates the problem we have in the tech community. Woman have to enter the field as rockstars so they don’t have to be viewed this way. No room to to make mistakes and grow like the rest of us, or they represent their entire gender.
Some heroes don't wear capes /s 90% of the time male developers have to carry female developers, ask any small/medium software company that has nothing to lose by being commercially shunned
