For so many reasons, I'm getting teary eyed. I met you once a long time ago at an A List Apart conference in Austin. So much of what I was passionate about at the time centered around the work people like you were doing in accessibility for the web.

I've moved on from working directly on the web, but the lessons I learned from your site, from WaSP, A List Apart, etc. are still an essential part of my firmament. Thank you so much for everything you gave to us. I am sorry for everything you've had to go through.

But please know that you've done some good in this world. Oh and yeah that Zune gives me some warm and fuzzy memories as well :)
