I have an adorable appendix! Kidneys, pancreas, gut? All Look good. Pancreas fine. Liver and spleen not. More tests required. Liver and spleen are both blood filters. I now have a new condition: Dupuytren's Contracture. Maybe I caught it in Norway? 😂 #health #update #healthcare

Heya Chris. How kind! Thank you. It's Dupuytren's alrighty. Fortunately it doesn't hurt. I have to watch it with Vitamin E as its blood-thinning properties are a problem for me. This is always a challenge whether reaching for the botanicals or the #bigpharma. I will dig deeper xo

Magneisum however is one of my pillars of salvation. The topical magnesium is very doable. I am going to try that. Brilliant. Magnesium is so incredibly useful and definitely relaxes muscles, helps with joint pain, breathing, etc. This is good stuff. #gratitude
