The egg is a holy food. Why my generation thought they were so bad I will never understand unless you had a pound of bacon with it everyday. πŸ˜† One egg and I make blood for a whole day. I can stand up without feeling like I'm going to fall down. All hail the egg. Hail! πŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯š

AH, the banana. LOVE it. They are very sweet for me but I will take half and mix it in plain yogurt with strawberries or make a protein shake. YUM! :)

unbelievably. They are high in easily digested proteins, contain tons o' vitamins and they are helpful in restoring exhausted Adrenal Glands (which these days we ALL have!) EGGS RULE!

The reason? I read years ago that the research done on eggs for our generation was done on POWDERED eggs. Eggs that had been processed and reconstituted. Duh. They're perfect protein elsewise.

Humanity can sure be a little more than ridiculous. Also, I do think people were eating a lot of meat fat in the 50s. Powdered eggs. SHEESH! xo
