We can't undo a quarter century of forgotten bugs, much less the ridiculous notion that a browser would be better with extensions and plug-ins. We totally failed to build on past mistakes esp. security. Humans almost always choose chaotic quantity now, think about quality after.

Everything is devoted to rapid development, with minimal testing. They are called bugs and not defects. The development process is not oriented towards eliminating defects. When I was a system administrator, my goal was 100% uptime, on Unix and Linux systems.
