It greatly pains me to have to pay to go to retrieve all my photos off of @Flickr. I loved that site bestest when it was at its best, which it hasn't been for a very long time whether UI or functional design. The Web makes me sad a lot lately. Declarative Weltschmerz, as it were.

The things is Flickr still has such potential! It’s much more feature rich than Instagram... and yet... here we are...

I know! It is maddening and frustrating. Hence my sadness Rosemary. Remember how simple it was in 2005. Same for Twitter. They were better when simple and/or I'm old ;-)
