The Mols' Addendum on Darwinian Evolution: "It is not survival of the fittest, but the most adaptive" that brings about diversity in evolutionary processes. A core culture change issue in industry. We have yet to set up iterative/adaptive reviews for human beings and our systems.

Mary and Molly, this is a key interaction I would like to change. It's why in my opinion tech is failing us instead of helping. The bigger part is the huge pushback or as stated "avoid" feature is not a bug.

My hope is since many of us have seen most of these interactions we know how best to start turning this next one on its head.

I very strongly agree! We are not scaling as humans to the potential we have much less can create! Progressive tech falls back into old patterns of middlemen and predatory capitalists. Adaptive, iterative, scalable tech in ethical, equitable hands? That alone IS social evolution.

I'm on a call and trying to type too. That last "interactions" was supposed to be iteractions and spell check fixed it. A great example of tech thinking it knows what I want and it's wrong.
