Awful will always be awful, but I have lived long enough to see that what is awful now is what takes us to the next steps of the journey, whatever that is. We'd like to control this, we Homo Sapiens Sapiens, but we are not yet wise-wise enough to know we can't. I love you. 💚

The paradox and dissonance of human cognition, eh? We are what we are. Is it possible to evolve a common sense detached from our belief systems, creeds, races to form a unified definition of Honey and Poison is the real question now, I think! :)

But then again, as a species, it is eons ahead. We strive for end-goal solutions, to satiate our sense of existence. Such a conundrum in itself.
