Are there really people in this world who were protected by parents, never inappropriately touched by them or family much others? I have a hard time parsing the sexual bad behavior of apparently mostly men on women because that's not my story. Was your family safe and protective?

Mom and dad split when I was 2 1/2. I’ve never seen my dad. I was sexually molested by a babysitter at 7 and raped at 10. At 9 my mom married my step father who used to beat me, sometimes to unconsciousness. Went to 10 different schools before graduating high school a year early.

Married a violent woman who would go into uncontrolled rages but somehow only destroyed my stuff. Knocked me down three times while married. After divorce my face assaulted her fist multiple times according to the police report.
