I'm paying this price. This is the price to not be chained to US healthcare - get off their poisons. Which I try to do and mess up. I HATE DEPENDENCY! I am anti-dependent.

Please take it slowly. Some medications if you discontinue them abruptly will kill you. Even if your doctor doesn’t agree with you getting off the medications, at least ask the doctor which medications you can stop abruptly and which medications you need to go off slowly.

Very good advice indeed. I've been at this a lifetime. I know the risks. The doctors could give a shit. They are over-regulated here due to opioid crisis and will dead-stop a medication on a patient without a case review. Nearly killed me, that FDA.
