Without #NetNeutrality your ISP can: 1. Charge you extra to reach certain websites. 2. Slow down streaming services like Netflix that compete with their streaming services. 3. Block some websites altogether. This is the end of the free and open Internet.

Why don't you found an ISP that doesn't do things. I think it will be a hit!

Because a handful of corporations control most of the network in the US. Even if you start a new ISP you (and your customers) have to pay what they decide to charge.

ISPs can take a stand against #NetNeutrality but why should they if they, too, are raking in profit? We aren't even addressing the facts about the digital divide in this nation. We take access for granted now. Shame on us!

Some ISPs do support #NetNeutrality, like @BelAirInternet:
First #BroadbandPrivacy, now #NetNeutrality. When will the @FCC stop screwing over consumers? As a small ISP we are AGAINST these rollbacks and proudly offer our customers full privacy and access across the web, no fast lanes, no throttling
