Because no one teaches them in a logical way that most people can understand. It's absolutely a point of my greatest personal frustration!

I agree. I read the definitive guide by Eric Meyer but it wasn't easy to understand at first.

You have a good point Ashish. Ok, coffee. So. Our dear @meyerweb helped tech edit one of my #CSS books. Both missed this. So I blame him! 😂😂

I might be able to blame him in person at the event apart conference today.
