Was AP the first UX consultancy? Carbon IQ was already in business, and @SlicedBreadUX and @gotomedia had been going for years (chicks, btw)

Australia was early in. Working on text-only (easy #UX haha) Web in 1993 and befriended a fellow in Bundoora - one of the 1st "webmasters"

I wonder how much of a difference we've made. I find the web hard to use now. A checkbox is not a radio button. We lack consistent education

As a career Web standards person, I strongly agree with the lack of rigor in Web no matter what specific niche. A friend made this for me 馃槀馃槺
