The oil? Is it a brand? It shouldn't taste terrible. It should taste plain. Is it flavored with flavors or terpenes from other plants.

It is an astringent, you might feel a slight heat that soothes and goes away after a moment. Some are extra bitter so kids don't consume it.

It has a concentration of 1 part of extract to 10 of olive oil. Most sell it in a concentrator more like to 1 in 100...

Hmmm. Any other ingredients? That's odd to me. But Arizona and Nevada are big on extracts - Arizona especially big on 'em. Trokies taste ick

Nope. He uses one special alcohol to extract the essence from the flowers. And then spends several days evaporating the alcohol.

That results in a black paste. That paste is diluted in oil so it can be manipulated. My oil is almost black

That tastes yucky IMO. It's a different thing than refined oils. Been around a long time but often use too many chemicals, BHO, PHO, Ethanol

If not, suggest finding high CBD with a 1:1 THC ratio oil - much better for pain treatment, doesn't taste as bad. Charlottes Web is a brand.

LOL! True dat. Rick Simpson is Canadian FYI. You can look him up. He's a nutter. But he was one of the first to promote and use extracts.
