I do not like that elders in #webdev are undervalued. It's as if each year a new generation has to do the Web anew. It's very disrespectful.

maybe. I wasn't underpaid. I just didn't know how much my fellow (and I mean FELLOW) authors and speakers were *demanding* never thought to!
