I do not like that elders in #webdev are undervalued. It's as if each year a new generation has to do the Web anew. It's very disrespectful.

The answer is mentorship. Tons of us young devs are hungry for more experienced folks to come alongside us and show us the ropes.

True of many aging here in the U.S. as pre-existing conditions and aging issues = money employers get tired of paying. It's sick. Literally.
