Sessions just provided law enforcement who don't like their state laws with a loophole to police for profit. It's unjust and un-American.

JUST IN: DOJ new asset forfeiture policy - police can seize property from people not charged w/crime even in states where it's been banned.

Oh, kind of like a new Joe Arpaio - how can we exploit the little holes? And he still hasn't been tried. Will we ever know justice or truth?
