I am not actually part of the JavaScript fam! But thank you for the shoutout. ❤️

You wrote about it before most anyone else, did you not? In my eyes, that counts more than a little toward cred much less fam xo

No! I did HTML and Java but I never wrote about (or even actually learned) JS.

Never? Then my brain is mush and I'm mistaking Java as it was (gosh) the early 90s. You still get the shoutout though, for without HTML...

You're thinking of amazon.com/Laura-Lemays-Web-…, maybe? Laura, you may have never learned JS, but your name was on a whole lotta early books! 😀

That was @michaelmoncur’s book, and he did a good job with it. Those “web workshop” books were…weird.

I wrote two I think? I know I did 1 and then there was the Sizzling Web Sites - I believe the first full color web design book ever!

I’m pretty sure it was just Sizzling that was in the series. (I just cleaned out/recycled boxes and boxes of old author copies recently)

Replying to @lemay @dori
I wrote a book on Tables, Frames and CSS or something insane like that in 1997 at the dawn of layout in the Lemay Series. It was so bad. 🤣😂😂

I remember that now but I don't have any copies. Don't know how I ended up with 40 copies of Netscape Navigator Gold and 0 of your book. 🙄

I'd consider it a small blessing 😂❤️
