The other subset of Illegal Immigration is UNLAWFUL PRESENCE. This is when someone comes in legally stays longer - NOT A CRIME. Civil issue.

Maybe I misunderstand? I know this very well. When a visa's over, the person is now deemed "illegal" but prosecution is in civil court only.

ICE is a Division Bell. And I left Arizona now. No more of my taxes to that state. Will Sheriff Joe Arpaio EVER be tried for his crimes? 😟😠😡
