I have a theory on Comey’s actions during the election: He expected HRC to win and didn’t want to be accused of a “cover-up” to help her.

Well, if he purposely played it that way, then that is bad. On the other hand, his credibility was not suspect even if not popular for Dems.

Seems to me that he’s honest enough but that he tries to not rock the boat.
