I'm sitting on a domain and business plan for a potential haul in the money business. I do not have the desire to pursue. What would you do?

That is totally the heart of the problem. I don't want to be involved at all except get a little something for the domain/idea which is big.

Is it possible to sell it off? My ex has done that - barely got it going, found a CS student who wanted a go at it, sold it to them.
