It feels to me as though #neurodiversity and #disability both are terms by people unaware that *they* are neuro diverse and apart from ABLE.

a person would be nuero divergent not nuero diverse. E.g., they are different from the typical nuerological profile

Are folks using "neurodiverse" as an individual adjective? Seems more appropriate to groups/organizations.

ND is a good concept IMHO. It has the power to reframe discussion away from disability land into diversity land. Thats powerful
