May I ask how you/family gets healthcare in the US? Have you or someone close to you that you loved been uninsured or become disabled?

my adult son, who has bipolar disorder, couldn't get insured until the ACA. W/out it, he couldn't afford his prescriptions.

unacceptable. You and he both have my true experiential empathy I'm sorry on behalf of the entire lack of care 4 human beings :-(

Have a friend who is unable to afford ins. He has what he calls Medicaid here in PA.

I was uninsured for 2 years after being laid off in 2002. It took an additional 2 years to get insurance for my wife and child
